Summary

I've written, edited and run content programs for brands since 2013, including cybersecurity work for Palo Alto Networks, Keyfactor and Cyolo. I turn technical source material and SME interviews into white papers, reports, blogs and web pages that rank in search and give sales teams something to send. I work as an independent contractor, can start now at 15 to 25 hours a week, and use an AI-assisted workflow in which all work is edited and fact-checked before delivery.

Selected Client Work

Engagements I led and produced at Content Workshop, from writing and editing to strategy, production and project management.

  • Palo Alto Networks, Unit 42. Turned the 60-page 2024 Incident Response Report into six months of blogs, podcasts, webinars, presentations and infographics.
  • Palo Alto Networks, Symphony 2025. Ran an influencer campaign for the online conference that drove 834 registrations, converting at 21.4% from influencer referrals and 30% from newsletter signups.
  • Keyfactor. Built a year-long content strategy on PKI, certificate management and IoT for C-level buyers, ran release plans for two flagship industry reports, and launched a monthly newsletter that reached 60,000+ subscribers.
  • Quantum Safe 360 Consortium. Produced a white paper on post-quantum cryptography and crypto agility from SME interviews at four member companies, including IBM, Keyfactor and Quantinuum, and managed four legal approval processes to ship it in about two months.
  • Cyolo. Delivered 94+ assets in nine months for an OT security company, including white papers, ebooks, buyer's guides, case studies and blogs, as its only content provider.
  • PayHOA. Ran the SaaS content program for five years. Organic traffic grew more than tenfold, 33 keywords reached Google's top three, and domain authority rose from 19 to 33.
  • CENTEGIX. Organic traffic rose from 2,081 to 9,640 between July 2022 and May 2024 on 122+ pieces, including ebooks and state landing pages. Domain authority went from 23 to 38.
  • Curative. Produced 85+ blogs, 5 white papers, 21 location pages and 4 survey reports that major online publications cited.
  • Zone & Co. Wrote four long-form reports and industry surveys for finance teams that run NetSuite, built from SME interviews.
