The challenge
TGW's English site was a translation. It had come from German, and it didn't connect with North American readers. The language and tone weren't suited to that market, so visitors didn't engage and the company's expertise didn't come through.
SEO was the other gap. The site had no targeted SEO framework, and it wasn't showing up for important keywords in grocery, consumer goods and industrial logistics. So it couldn't reach the right people at the right time.
What I did
My team rewrote 120 web pages in three months. That covered case studies, blogs and product descriptions. We kept TGW's brand identity and wrote for clarity and for North American readers.
I built a targeted SEO strategy alongside the rewrite. We placed priority keywords through the pages, aiming to lift rankings and visibility in TGW's key industries.
I also set up an SEO framework for TGW's future North American content. It's meant to keep that work consistent as it scales. It also gives the company a base for thought leadership such as pillar pages and eBooks.
Results
The new site was set to launch in Q1 2025. That came after this case study was written, so there aren't traffic or ranking results to report. What was delivered is 120 pages written for North American readers, a targeted keyword strategy and an SEO framework for future content.
That framework gives TGW a starting point for pillar pages, eBooks and other long-term content work.
